FUNCTIONS Project management and preventive quality planning for application and change projects in Purchasing included target cost setting: Responsibility for achievement of quality, cost and delivery targets. Preparation supplier selection including request for quotation process, supplier evaluation and communication, participation in sourcing decisions. Corporate Purchsing (CP)-Representative in cross functional team of development product Process. Interface within CP to material field related purchasing and quality department. Ensuring preventive quality planning for project specific new parts and coordination of their release. Coordination of Simultanius Engeenering activities between supplier, CP and Business Unit. Coordination of cost reduction projects. Change management for procured parts.
