OPEN POSITION
To strengthen our team we are looking for a REVENUE MANAGER, who reports to the Head of Trading, in order to implement revenue management strategies and processes according to our inventory, in order to optimize profitability while maintaining our occupancy rates to the night standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement revenue management operations and procedures.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
• Provide reporting.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
• Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis, environmental scanning, market modeling, distribution yield management, business mix yield management, length of stay yield management, inventory availability by channel, pricing control and new pricing concepts.
• Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (tour operator, corporate, crew, groups, etc.).
• Identify business opportunities and ensure appropriate implementations to capture incremental revenue growth.
• Allotments purchase study, providing insights that enable us to understand opportunities in terms of inventory acquisition and expansion.
• Demand and selling propensity modelization, considering seasonality and other effects in order to optimize our product sourcing according to the market environment.
• Risk/Opportunity methodology implementation, putting in place processes that ensure profitability by reducing inventory inefficiencies.
• Occupancy rate optimization and best practices, ensuring best in class levels helping us meet contractual agreements with partners and internal targets.
