Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Europe the Sales Area Manager South West Europe has the overall responsibility for all sales and marketing activities within his/her area. This comprises all activities to facilitate growth and achieve order targets as well as supervising and developing the direct sales force and partners/distributors alike. The positon is based in Spain - either in a home office or in an associated office.
YOUR TASKS:
- Implement the sales and marketing strategies and customize them to the particular market requirements.
- Negotiate and close the sales of products and services across the B&K Vibro product lines.
- Where possible, develop a good balance between system and instrument sales.
- Develop and undertake client presentations to influence and obtain early involvement in the specification of projects.
- Cooperate with other Sales Area Managers to facilitate and promote sales from companies across regions.
- Interface directly with the project delivery group to ensure a smooth handover of projects.
- Leading and coaching of direct reports.
- Where required, ensure the efficient operation of the regional offices of responsibility.
- Implement a strong customer focus in the region.
- Oversee the project delivery process through close interaction and communication with clients.
- Provide market feedback to the organization (technology/sales/project delivery).
- Active participation in regular Sales and Marketing Meetings.
