Descripción
• Increase business from our extensive database of existing customers by phone and email
• Ensure we are the go-to company for our customers’ telecoms needs by gaining a better understanding of their businesses and building relationships with key contacts
• Investigate profitable sales opportunities and create corresponding weekly contact lists for you and other members of the sales team
• Maintain a complete understanding of our product portfolio to be able to offer effective business solutions (training provided)
• Liaise with Marketing to suggest possible lead-generation email campaigns
• Follow up those leads to convert them into new customers
• Work with management to improve the quality of our database, improve processes or suggest ways of increasing sales
• Generate reports
