As a Sales Development Executive you will support the Heads of Sales Development and the Regional Sales Development Managers in driving the development and implementation of a consistent Sales and Marketing strategy for excursions and destination related ancillaries, across destinations and through proposing regional sales targets.
You will be supporting and overseeing the implementation of seasonal Sales and Marketing plans in the regions and initiating corrective action in case of deviations or underperformance. You will support the development, implementation and evaluation of cross destination marketing campaigns by helping shape business cases, budgets and calendars, evaluate results and share lessons learned.
Furthermore, your accountabilities will also include supporting the development of new products, product lines and innovations cross-destinations by helping shape product concepts, select destinations for piloting and launch, while monitoring and evaluating results across destinations.
