As Sales Manager International, you will drive and develop new and  existing business for the hotel in all market segments.  Your key responsibilities will be: to implement sales  and marketing activities to maximise sales in leisure and luxury segments; to effectively manage and network existing  accounts and to identify and develop new business  opportunities; to actively promote and sell InterContinental Madrid hotel.

You will attend and represent the hotel at trade shows and conventions and/or participate in sales trips to key feeder markets.

You will actively ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of  performance and service delivery.
