Our client has been in the market for 15 years, its main SaaS platform supports over 47.000 business customers worldwide in 36 countries to realize substantial operational performance improvement. Their platform is created to help professional drivers to drive greener, safer and more efficiently. With a strategy of indirect and direct sales, our client grows with more than 30% yearly.
In Barcelona, they have been growing their Inside Sales Center, to address the growth in the market and further support the lead generation for the field sales teams. The overall European sales organization acts as one virtual team and has built the largest telematics customer base in Europe.
To train the new hires and improve sales strategies, they are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Trainer that can make sure their sales teams become the best in the industry! Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, your goal will be to implement the best inside sales and telemarketing methods in order to excel with your teams.
As a Sales Team Leader + Trainer, your responsibilities will be:
- Training and coaching telemarking and sales agents and their team leaders on the most effective sales methods
- Supporting the onboarding and ramp-up of the teams, by getting new agents to a high performance within the first months
- Supporting and advising the teams on applying best-in-class telemarketing and telesales campaigns
- Creating continuous improvement/learning: Identifying and proposing improvements
on the methods to increase further results. Your role will include the following:
- Delivering training to the local teams in Barcelona and to the distant teams, classroom-based and via webinars
- Being responsible for the onboarding of new hires
- Facilitating the learning (on methods and effectiveness) within the teams
- Supporting Team Leaders and Director in coaching, recruitment and increasing team effectiveness
- Translating marketing campaigns into sales methods, and brief teams on the
implementations
- Creating training materials on selling, sales tools (e.g. salesforce.com) and sales and telemarketing process
- Traveling to the remote locations (occasionally) to support them with implementation
- Aligning and working closely with the central Sales Effectiveness Team at HQ
- Being an active member of the Inside Sales Management Team.
