BT is looking for a Security Support Specialist. The role includes all activities related with IT L2C process (including deliveries, service requests and changes) and T2R (incidents, problem management) keeping customer relationship and satisfaction on these processes, that allow the business applications and systems to operate to the highest standards and meet service targets as defined in customer requirements SLA's and CCD.
Key role also from the C2M (product launch, BIDs, Due Diligences, LL designs) and part of T2R, (Application Support for local systems and comprise requirements analysis, testing, integrating and managing components and models, ensuring proper delivery of C2M projects and the right handover to the T2R process.
To provide skilled resource and expertise to support product evaluations with other groups/customers, this may include common infrastructure and associated systems or workstations. To ensure all appropriate documentation is delivered and maintained to the ISO standards using best risk management practices.
