Cohn & Wolfe Spain is looking to add a Senior Consultant (SC) to join our Consumer/Brand practice in Madrid. In this role, he/she will take on senior level tasks and help to establish the strategic vision for a number of client initiatives. Our ideal candidate is someone who knows PR at a senior level and is passionate about media, strategic thinking and employing creativity in every opportunity. The SC will be managing day-to-day activities with minimal guidance across a variety of programming. He/she will be the senior leader on the accounts and should have the ability to shape strategic materials for clients, generate creative ideas and think both strategically and tactically. The SC also should hold a high-level media/influencers relationships and a proven record of successful media and digital campaigns. Also, he/she should understand and articulate the opportunities that each channel brings to the client challenge and work to execute integrated marketing programs which incorporate the digital potential to maximize results. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day client activities at a strategic and tactical level through sound counsel, creative problem solving, ideas generation and flawless execution • Lead all aspects of client projects including; research, write, edit and present high-level materials, including communications plans, Q&A’s, and press materials • Drive successful media/influencers relations and measure results for clients • Understanding of social media tools and ability to implement social media programs • Understand what success means to each client, then deliver on those results • Demonstrates excellent judgment and ability to solve problems, delegating work appropriately across account teams • Manage billing process and play key role in budget development/ management • Assist senior management in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities
