Due to our growth, we would like to add to our team a Senior Rail Assessor who will participate in: 1. Business development with strategic clients from the sector. Ability to build a relationship network with new clients and to extend it with existing ones. Ability to discuss the needs of new and existing clients. Capacity to put together technical-economic proposals in compliance with internal procedures and processes bearing in mind market and client constraints. 2. Project Management in the areas of Expert Advice and Independent Assurance. Supervision of projects, including quality aspects of delivery, meeting deadlines and profitability targets and ensuring client satisfaction. Setting up competent project teams and ensure all necessary project resources at internal and external levels. Able to lead the relationship with relevant client stakeholders during project delivery. Drafting up and up keeping of Project plans, in line with processes and procedures. Project activation and early monitoring of deviations, thereby proposing and implementing appropriate corrective actions. Assessment and peer-review of project tasks (processes & deliverables) carried out by team members. 3. Participate in project technical delivery. Perform as project resource in the identified areas of competence (domain and or functional), in the fields of expert advice and independent assurance. Monitoring and coaching of less experienced / under training staff, in the identified areas of competence.
