Descripción
We are looking for a customer oriented Service Desk Engineer to join our IT Team in Madrid and provide support to approximately 600 users, mainly field technicians, salesmen and office based users.
If you a team player and like to work on an ITIL based Service Desk Team and:
- Ensure that all incidents and service requests coming into the Service Desk are handled correctly and promptly.
- Take action on incidents which are approaching or have reached the point of breaching our service level agreements.
- Provide Service Desk support at desktop and infrastructure levels.
- Provide Service Desk support for Android and iPhone mobile devices.
- To support on the replacement of end users computers and laptops.
- To administrate and solve incidents assigned to the IT service desk
- To support customers with various IT services within the areas Lotus Notes, ERP-system (BPCS & SAP), PC, LAN and WAN.
- To contribute to continuous improvement as implementing standards with the overall target to increase efficiency
