• Position requires to work with customers to add new or custom features to software products; Design, develop and maintain those new features or new software products. • Conduct testing of retail products in preparation for product release to customers; Employ software testing methodologies consistent with the requirements of the system development life cycle; • Facilitate the development team through diagnosis, problem recreation and prioritization • Issue tracking and communication is expected through generation of reports, as well as status of testing coverage for assigned software projects • Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality • Completes project tasks; Escalates assignment conflicts and issues • Conducts research in accordance with project requirements • Assists in scoping engagements/projects; Assists in managing customer expectations
