Our start-up Factorial is looking for an experienced Customer Support specialist to join its young growing team. You will be one of the first Employee Benefits Agent and will help bringing new customers on board by providing them with the tools and information needed to activate their service as well as to ensure the Customer's Satisfaction and maintain a long lasting relationship .
You will be reporting straight to the Sales Director and you will be directly impacting the start-up's growth and success.
Since we’re talking about a recently founded startup, this role implies wearing many hats: from helping new customers to implement and use our solution to managing the existing ones, as well as being proactive and suggesting (and implementing) new ideas and improvements to our rapidly-changing solution.
