Our client has taken a major turn for the last 3 years. Thanks to its product repositioning and a market context, our client seeks to strengthen its teams by recruiting a Technical Account Manager who will be based in Barcelona, Spain. The Technical Account Manager must act as the guarantor of the technical solution both internally and with clients / prospects. He must be able to make its recommendations on the evolution of the offer, while respecting the quality of services and the long-term relationships of the firm with its customers. The Technical Account Manager must therefore ensure the operational management of the projects, technical support in the smooth running of the set-up with the customer, as well as the evolution of the offer and the services. RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES Standard to complex project management: • Ensure the smooth running of the project, from the drafting of the specifications to the delivery in relation with the IT teams and Service until the closure of the project • Facilitate cross-functional development teams of the project team • Being the guarantor of the respect of costs, quality, delay and be alert of possible dysfunction • To be the referent to the internal teams (sales ..) and to the client about the project and its evolution Customer Relations / Sales Support: • Provide expertise in identifying functional requirements and translations into technical specifications for new and complex projects. • Participate in the development of the POC and develop the mock-ups of the new functionalities. • Advise and guide the customer on the technical solutions, identified beforehand with the IT teams. • Produce the technical offer and realize the project documentation Participate in the evolution and improvement of solutions: • Keep an eye on the technologies of Online Marketing and make recommendations on the evolutions of products and services • Participate in R & D on the development of new technical functionalities for internal services but also for products • Validate the integration of supplier solutions in relation to IT
