The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of positions.
Key Action Areas:
• Coordinate and follow up with the Talent Management team the recruitment needs of the different business areas.
• Write Job descriptions and post them in the different recruitment platforms: job boards, social media and other possible channels.
• CV screening matching applicants to job openings.
• Proactively harvest passive candidates against pre-agreed criteria.
• Proactively utilize our recruitment platforms to build and grow pools of potential candidates.
• Keep track of all applications file.
• Call applicants and perform phone screens and face-to-face interviews.
• Management of volume hires through the delivery of assessment centers.
• Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
• Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
• Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring managers.
• Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags
• Support any stage of the recruitment process as requested or needed.
• Inform candidates of company's decision. Manage the responses to applicants ensuring a proper communication with the candidate.
• Ensure the candidate experience is as seamless as possible and we are positioning ourselves as the best choice for prospective candidates.
