We are recruiting a Technical Support and Installation Specialist for a Norteamerican multinational technology company located in the city center of Madrid.
As a Technical Support and Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
-Respond to inbound customer questions
-Ensure customer satisfaction
-Perform sophisticated system installations and configurations through remote desktop
connections or on-site visits
-Troubleshoot and reproduce client issues via remote desktop connections, building internal
testing environments
-Participate in the management of our software hosting facilities in Europe, Montreal and Gatineau
-Document and escalate reproducible issues directly to products team.
-Work closely with products team to validate fixes and workarounds in internal
-Tracking and follow-up of all reported issues in issues tracking system
-Ensure timely resolution of all customer issues
-Providing technical assistance to international clientele by phone, electronic communications and
remote connections
-Occasional travel for onsite installations or troubleshooting
