Our client, VALUE RETAIL, owner of the centers of Las Rozas Village and La Roca Village, offers a Tourism Workexperience: JOB DESCRIPTION: • BAU: Welcome assets, design materials, guests issues at the TIC, campaigns activations, SE. • Coordination of TRM Department meetings and mailings. • Event&Holiday calendar TRM Team. • Supervise the check in process by TIC in Salesforce. • Support in MICE Group Bookings (Convert Leads, Welcome Packs, Transfer, lunch, etc). • Give support with the coordination of events in LRV VIP Lounge. • News Flash&Recap. • Campaigns AARs. • Salesforce B2C & B2T. • Enews in Responsys: Requesting assets to design, get approvals and send. • Keep the tourism stock update (one a month). Record important material inputs and outputs. • Maintain TIC&Shopping Express permanently supplied with tourism material. • Prepare VIP Invitation within personalized QR for our partners. • Prepare Tourism material for all our needs (tradeshows, fairs, suppliers, etc.).
