As a Training and Implementation Specialist Language Solutions, you will be responsible of:
-Project Manage software implementation projects for local and international customers, including participating in weekly implementation calls with key customers
-Plan, schedule and follow-up on each step of the implementation phase
-Develop, maintain and deliver customer training programs
-Deliver training to local and international customers on MultiTrans desktop, client-server and web products
-Make sure customer expectations are exceeded a little bit at every opportunity
-Accountable to the client and company for overall delivery of products and services
-Passionate to ensure clients meet their objectives
-Perform customer consultation regarding workflow re-engineering to optimize internal processes

-Interact with our customers via the telephone and electronic channels
-Act as a team member that contributes to solutions and customer satisfaction
-Adapt to a fast-paced and changing technical environment
-Deliver pre-sales activities such as : client demos, client consultations, answer pre-sales product questions, deliver technical proof of concepts
-Requires frequent travelling
