We have Fixed Term Winter Working opportunities from November & December 2017 - March 2018 as Full Time Travel Advisors within our Palma Contact Centre.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, our Travel Advisors are an essential part of our dedicated Sales Team within the Jet2holidays Contact Centre.

Maximising all sales and revenue opportunities, you will sell products from our entire range in order to achieve your individual targets and KPIs. In addition, you will aid our customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of customer service and engagement from the moment they start talking to you.

We are looking for results driven self starters who are able to build up extensive product knowledge in order to confidently sell package holidays along with ancillary and insurance products to best suit our customers needs.

Having excellent customer service skills and a friendly, personal telephone manner are essential along with experience of achieving monthly targets, ideally within a call centre environment. Working over the telephone and on our computer systems, you will be able to read and speak English fluently to ensure you are booking the right holiday to match our customer's needs.

Assessment Days are taking place in Majorca on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th October.
