Descripción
You will be part of our Shared Service Center (SSC) where you will work together with other Travel Consultants from all around the world. You will give support to the Travel Agents in the Netherlands and Belgium by taking over administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in the English language and in addition has good working knowledge of the French, German or Dutch language.
Your responsibilities:
• Handling all travel requirements including flight itineraries, rail transportation and hotel reservations
• Administrative tasks such as providing copies of invoices or updating traveler profiles
• Answer calls and e-mails from corporate clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
• Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the team
This role is based at our BCD Travel office in Barcelona at the Plaza de Europa.
