Joining the Tenerife TUI BLUE Team as a TUI BLUE Guide you will help to create smiles for our open-minded European customers with your personality and personal service. You will be an integral part of the TUI BLUE team, responsible for delivering and being involved in various aspects of the TUI BLUE concept. IMPORTANT: This position is locally employed on Spanish Terms & Conditions (own accommodation required). Applicants must speak fluent German & English. As a TUI BLUE Guide you will understand our European customers and adapt your style to build trust, loyalty and maximize sales through expert local knowledge and customer service. You will be the heart of the TUI BLUE team and your enthusiasm to engage with colleagues and customers across the concept will help us work as one TUI BLUE team. You will be a story-teller using your experience, expert knowledge of the concept and destination you will enjoy edutaining our guests. There will be modern technology and social media to enable you to provide personal service before, during and after your guests TUI BLUE holiday. You will inspire and respect your TUI BLUE and wider Destination Services colleagues whilst sharing your excellent knowledge and experience. Furthermore you will accompany guests on excursions and be involved with activities inside the hotel environment. Guests and colleagues will perceive you as genuine and credible and will actively seek you out to enjoy your company. The service you offer will be hands-on, always willing and able to make it possible. Responsibilities include accurate weekly accounting and compliance with Destination Service procedures.
