As a Tour Guide for TUI Destination Services you will be part of our International Destination Team to help create the very best holidays for all of our European customers. You will accompany our excursions to various destinations and provide engaging and relevant information to our excursion costumers. You will build up personal destination knowledge not available from browsing online to help you provide great service for customers. You will be working closely with your colleagues in the excursions department in ensuring our customers receive a unique and fascinating travel experience. You will respond openly and flexible to any customer queries and provide excellent support to our customers. You enjoy change and challenges such as assisting with occasional emergencies and unplanned situations and finding on the spot solutions when out in the field on your own.
