The role is dedicated to supporting a premium vehicle manufacturer in Iberia and focused on the completion of warranty audits in accordance with defined policy. POSITION SUMMARY: - Responsible for delivering all Dealer warranty audits in Spain and Portugal. Typically the successful candidate can expect to be working in the dealer environment 4 days per week. - This is a field based role with extensive travel. - Actively support the warranty function to ensure that network warranty performance improves (based upon network KPIs). - Work pro-actively with other areas of the business (e.g. Field Force / Training functions) to ensure that a consistent approach to warranty is adopted by all parties.
