Synchronised Solution is recruiting 50 healthcare assistants with or without experience to work for one of the best nursing home groups in the UK. Our client is looking to recruit 50 carers for their 6 nursing homes in Milton Keynes and 9 nursing homes in the Cambridge region. Milton Keynes and Cambridge have excellent connections with Luton and Stansted airports. All the homes are of the highest standard with an excellent ratio of number of staff to residents. The conditions offered are very competitive including: -Full time permanent Contract of 36 hours with possibility of doing extra paid hours/shifts -Free temporary accommodation and assistance in finding permanent accommodation -Airport pick up -Starting hourly salary between £6.75-£7.05 per hour depending on experience with hourly enhancement on weekends -Fully paid raining including NVQ qualifications You will be required to: -Encourage And help residents with daily activities and promote independence -Ensure that all residents are treated with respect and dignity -To provide personal care, such as bathing, feeding and washing -To ensure that the tidiness of the home is always maintained to the highest level You should ideally have some previous healthcare experience even if it is not mandatory as full training can be provided. The selection process is done via Skype for candidates who are not living in the UK. The first interview is with a representative of Synchronised Solution. The final interview will be with the Human Resources Director of the nursing home.
