IBB Hotel Collection is a young and ambitious hotel group based in Malta, currently operating 10 hotels in Germany, Poland and Spain. Our hotels vary from 3 to 5 stars and are committed adapt always to the needs of the local markets. For our IBB Blue Hotel Paradis Blau on the Balearic island of Menorca, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated hotel manager who is willing to join us for the summer season 2017. The contract will be starting in April 2017 and ending in October 2017. Reporting to the Managing Director of the group, this person will be responsible for supervising the daily activity of the hotel and ensuring the satisfaction of the guests is fulfilled. The main job duties are: • Full operational management and seasonal establishment of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance. • Manage the P&L account. • Supervise all the team members. • Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests and staff.
