GARDEN HOTELS SEARCH FOR CHIEF ENTERTAINERS. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE ABILITIES OF: - Leading and motivate an Entertainment Team. - To coordinate the different programs with your team members and report directly to the hotel Manager and the Coordinator of Entertainment. The last and maximun. responsible for the program is the chief entertainer. - To create a two weeks program for the night time including the shows trained during the entertainment course. - To ensure that the Guest Satisfaction targets are consistenly achived. - To ensure that sales target and economical results are consistenly achived. - Supervise the daytime activities of your team. - Attend regular meetings with the management. - Solving problems. - Order material based in real needs of the hotel and requirements of the company. - Public relations with the guests and join the activities. - Tutoring the entertainers in order to educate them for future internal promotion. - Tutoring the students from the tourism schools attending to their necesities about information and knowledges, and teaching them about the tourism bussines. There is a paid training period for new chiefs of two weeks. Accommodation, food and beberage during the season provided by the company. Our Office is in Inca, Mallorca, but the positions can be for Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Andalusia.
