Enterprise Rent-A-Car has exciting opportunities for temporary Customer Service Representative in Palma de Mallorca starting in March 2017. This position will be for up to 6 months, which may lead to furher opportunities within our company in the future. The Customer Service Representative provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at the time of rental and return) using the company approved service techniques. He or she facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental. The Customer Service Representative performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. Some work is performed in an outside area with exposure to all types of weather and temperatures. Responsabilities: -Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs -Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner -Prepare all rental documents accurately with efficient data entry and typing skills -Assist to assess the condition of a rental vehicle upon return -Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions -Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services -Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance -An understanding and responsibility of all products and services which may benefit the customers rental -Perform other customer service related duties to ensure our service meets the need of the customer -Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned -Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality -Must be able to work independently
