Aire Ancient Baths is a luxury bath house and massage center located in Barcelona. The brand’s concept is to recuperate the Roman tradition of baths in restored historical buildings, offering a unique and unparalleled experience. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented manager to oversee the client experience in our center located in “El Born”. In addition, the VIP Experience Ambassador will help support the company with development and implementation of new initiatives and services. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a customer service-centric approach to all that they do, impeccable attention to detail, laser focus, a drive for success, be extremely organized and be able to simultaneously manage the macro- and micro-level operation of the center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee the journey of our guests from arrival through departure, ensuring that all guests have an exemplary experience - Be excellent at client engagement and offer unparalleled customer service, demonstrating the level of care and interest that the company has in them - Maintain the ambiance of the center’s luxurious aesthetic - Be an invisible guide for our guests, ensuring that all treatments and services are being delivered at the proper times - Direct the staff to specific tasks to ensure consistency in service - Ensure that the brand elements and culture are properly displayed and enhanced at all times
