Ensure that GUESTS receive a service adapted, when possible, to their preferences, needs, life style, ways of working and interacting (FEEL UNIQUE) : - Lead by example: GUEST is number ONE priority. Coordinate different departments in order to ensure a high quality experience and create an excellent service attitude. - Be visible for the GUEST at all times to be able to solve their doubts. - Ensure that the specific GUEST request during reservation process or stay are handled and guarantee that the GUESTS receive a response. - Make sure that specific requirements are correct and coordinate them with the corresponding department. Ensure that NH Collection is a reference of elegant and sophisticated atmosphere that exceeds the expectations of our GUESTS. Make them feel inspired by sharing stories and through details and surprises (FEEL INSPIRED) : - Become the NH Collection Brand AMBASSADOR - Have thorough knowledge of Hotel services and facilities as well as the Team behind (Chef and Maitre D´s background etc…) - Maintain a direct and frequent contact with GUESTS, especially during the most important moments on their stay (Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Breaks, Sunset Parties on the pool, Check in & out, etc…) Ensure that GUESTS feel accompanied during their stay as well as connected with their city of destination (FEEL THE PLACE) : - Have a thorough knowledge of the services offered in the place/city and key contacts (Restaurants, transport, museums, leisure facilities, etc…) - Coordinate together with GM the preparation of communications regarding events that could be interesting for GUESTS. - Ensure that all the information of main interest provided by the hotel is updated and meets the quality standards and corporate identity defined for NH Collection Brand. - Manage VIP GUESTS: *Assist the General Manager/Commercial Director in the Commercial Role. *Assist the General Manager in the quality management and supervision. General Information: - Will report to GM - Flexibility and Availability to work in shifts and on weekends.
