As Training Coordinator, you will be in charge of all the training required by the standards of Hilton, by the Spanish legislation and by the needs of the employees in order to improve the service provided to our guest. You also will be the person in charge to surveil for the global compliance of the Brand Standards in the hotel and in addition, you will take care of the development of new actions to increase the employee’s engagement.
