As an IT Support Agent, you will be working in the International Service Desk team and reporting to the Team Manager. This already established Service Desk provides B2B IT solutions services to end users of well-known multinational companies. The Service Desk is expanding and therefore offering exciting career opportunities. You will be part of an International team of 17 nationalities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Provide excellent customer support
-Answer incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical issues
-Follow-up and solve 1st level of IT incidents
-Escalate incidents to level 2 when it's unable to resolve the issue via ticketing tool
-Respond to incoming emails
-Ensure that service quality levels meet the expectations of the company
