Requisitos: · Analyse and refine requirements received from the markets for delivering a SharePoint solution · In the case of regional (multi-market) solutions, consolidate all the requirements in a unique Business Requirement document, and handle the approval of all the markets involved · Identify potential gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders · Design the architecture of the SharePoint solution, ,and ensuring that it meets business and technology requirements · Develop a comprehensive high level design with the proposed architecture that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions · Perform a first review of the implementation estimation/effort performed by the internal/external providers and hand-over it to the demanding unit/s · Follow-up implementation phases with the selected providers · Validate the system requirement specifications delivered by the selected provider · Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved
