Page Group is recruiting for an Important International Company 7 Assisstance Coordinators who will do the following functions:

- Attending inbound calls from customers.

- Handling and management of the Assisstance files, coordination with external providers, cost management, ...

- Development of queries and calls in order to measure the provided service quality.

- Administrative tasks.

Perfil del candidato

- Essential fluent in Danish

- High level of English

- Desirebale Spanish Fluent Level

- Experience in customer's service areas, specially within the travel and/or insurance industry.

Oferta de empleo

- Opportunity of work in an important international company

- Work in shifts in order to fullfill a 365/24/7

- Work from Monday to Sunday at 8-hour days

- Two months of work with Page Group with subsequent incorporation into the company.

- Salary : 19.000eu/year + 9 % variable + pluses. Total: 24.000€
