As a Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be: -You will be the person in charge of leading a team of at least 5 Scrum Development teams, in line with software quality and searching for new technologies -You will be the person responsible for product development, based on pre-established working plans -As a member of Management, you will have to coordinate and propose the implementation of new technologies, work methods and processes which improve performance and quality of the developments -You will be responsible of your work teams, serving as a guide, coach, team leader, and their subsequent motivation -Being able to transmit your technological knowledge to all the work teams -Participate in focus groups and assist with the final sprint of each team -Budget control and calendar scheduling for each project
