-Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
-Excellent and thorough communication skills (verbal, written and listening), providing professional, high-touch support in a customer facing environment
-Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
-Keen ability to establish priorities, work independently as well as part of a team, and attend to and help resolve problems correctly and efficiently.
