Main responsibilities
1. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT TO SALES TEAM
· Contract issuance and management.
· Extract report with Sales to be implemented on a bi-weekly basis, review implementation anomalies, escalate to Sales members accordingly, and deliver bi-weekly inventory reports.
· Report sales to be invoiced, download and delivery of invoices until automated solution is in place and later ensure smooth automated delivery.
· Entry point for new sales & inquiries. Monitor generic e-mail sales address, upload leads to CRM and assign accordingly.
· CRM coordinator, ensuring Sales members report all required data, monthly transversal documents uploads and support CRM administrator.
· Coordination functions with other units & coordinate/manage sales materials and contract repository.
2. SALES SUPPORT FOR HOTEL SOLUTIONS
· Entry point for all Hotel solutions sales leads from the generic e-mails address/website and our sister companies/colleagues:
· Upload into CRM and assign accordingly.
· Contract issuance, signature cycle and management.
· Coordinate and support marketing and sales campaigns with marketing unit and sales members.
· Coordination with Amadeus hotel solutions operations unit.
3. ANALYTICAL REPORTING FOR MERCHANDISING PRODUCTS
· Support, if needed, on the ellaboration of Internal management reporting on sales evolution: sales conversion, team sales and financial dashboards.
· Data reception and delivery to 3rd parties as needed.
