Descripción
Give support in order desk department with task such as:
- Receive and process customers orders
- EDI Incidences checking and coordination with MIS Support
- Intercompany Sales Order Management.
- Programming of Deliveries Dates (with customer)
- Customer Support (Deliveries Terms)
- Delivery Incidences Management
- Investigate reason for rejection with customer.
- Receive price difference request from salesman.
- Enter request in the system.
- Maintenance of physical / electronic files (scanning into SAP & filing hard copies).
- General support for matters related to Orders and Deliveries.
