Grupo Enterprise needs to incorporate for a medical equipment multinational a SALES ASSISTANT - Madrid.
Working as part of an international and global team, the Sales Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to Sales Department and the Managing Director.
Position Duties:
- Management: Arranges the agenda, travels, visit to clients, prepares reports/recommendations and sends them on time.
- Sales: Administrative and clerical support to Sales Department. Supports to public and private Tenders. Arranges and coordinates Sales meeting. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks and maintains data bases. Sends reports on-time. Builds strong customer relationships. Provides sales coverage, Supports Varian sales processes and territory administration. Performs travel arrangements for customer as required by business. Provides effective company representation. Achieves superior level of overall customer satisfaction. Provides regular customer and market feedback to company. Represents Varian ethics, values and business practices with all internal and external constituents.
