Requisitos: · Fluent in: English, French and Spanish. Both written and spoken (to business standards). · Ability to translate from English to French and/or Spanish. · A proven track record of improving performance through Training and development. · Experience working across multiple locations with the ability to work autonomously and remotely from line Manager and your peers/colleagues. · Willingness to travel and spend night(s) away from home on occasion. · Proficiency using presentation technology e.g. PowerPoint, WebEx, Lync, GoTo Training ¬etc. · Understanding of solution selling methodologies and the sales process. · High attention to detail¬. · Able to demonstrate a flexible approach and a willingness to take on new opportunities DESIRABLE SKILLS · Training Qualification · Industry knowledge · Coaching experience · Experience in eLearning tools e.g. Adobe Captive, Articulate etc.
