Reporting to the HR Business Partner (Overseas), the HR Administrator (Overseas) is responsible for providing an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service to all areas of generalist HR across the business. This role could be based in Alicante.
You will be responsible for the timely production of all HR related documentation to the required standard, ensuring correct prioritisation occurs, taking note of what is urgent, important or both. Working as part of the HR Operations (Overseas) Team you will ensure colleague files (digital and hard copy) are up to date, produce and control matrices of Overseas joiner and leaver documents and standard HR procedures by country. You will also be responsible for salary benchmarking and seasonal and in-season hires spreadsheets, including ensuring system updates are made to our eRecruitment system (IBM Kenexa). Arranging fact find, disciplinary, appeal and grievance hearings, coordinating diaries, booking venues and confirming attendance is vital to the success of this role.
In addition, you will support the General Manager – HR Operations (Overseas) with the collation of information and production of reports and presentations as and when required.
