Reporting to the Recruiter (Overseas) and working closely with the GM - HR Operations (Overseas) and the GM - Recruitment (UK), the Recruitment & Administration Co-ordinator (Overseas) will proactively manage Volume and ad hoc recruitment campaigns, delivering a professional service to the business that results in the sourcing of high calibre talent.
You will work as part of our Recruitment and HR Team to support our volume and professional recruitment campaigns in a multi-country environment. You will help process candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), write and send engaging, informative and timely email communications and provide regular reports and updates on the recruitment campaign to all stakeholders. You will help to organise and coordinate the recruitment plans for our volume campaigns, including but not limited to, booking venues, scheduling Assessment days, organising assessors, sending out details and collating all selection day materials and matrices. Becoming a super user on our Applicant Tracking System (IBM Kenexa) and understanding our candidate workflows is vital to the success of this role
In addition, you will assist with overall screening and selection activities such as phone screens and administering online testing.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with volume and professional recruitment campaigns in a multi-country environment. You will have a strong working knowledge of competency based interviewing, recruitment best practice, direct sourcing techniques (including Social Media, LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc) and have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders. You will have created relevant and engaging recruitment materials. It is essential that you are fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese or any other European language skills would be highly desirable as would any experience with IBM Kenexa.
