After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have an opportunity for a Back of House and Front of House Ground Operations Resort Flight Check In Trainer to join our Team.
Reporting to the Ground Operations Training Manager, the Ground Operations Resort Flight Check In Trainer - Back of House and Front of House will be responsible for providing classroom training, support and coaching to all colleagues in order to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our safety culture and brand philosophy. You will display and inspire role model behaviours and bring to life the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays values, to ensure VIP customer experience is delivered. The new role will be part of a centralised Training Function that has been introduced to ensure quality, standards and consistency.
You will be responsible for the delivery of coaching and support for all colleagues in either the Back of House or Front of House Teams, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements. As part of the Training Team, you will be responsible for the design and development of initial and recurrent training for the Teams to support them to achieve the highest performance standards. Another key aspect of the role is to ensure that compliance, statutory and regulatory training are met.
You will have some experience of training design and delivery - either on an individual basis or in a class room environment. You will be passionate about training and developing others and be able to engage with the Teams and influence others. Adaptable and able to positively support business change, you will be able to prioritise and plan your own workload.
