Requisitos: Skills that will help you succeed: - University degree in Engineering or Computing Sciences. - Experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, at least 2-3 years. - You have to feel comfortable when talking about software development (programming languages, systems architecture, continuous integration, autmated testing ... ) - Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
