As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be working in the Customer Contact Center and reporting to Customer Service Manager. Your objective will be to motivate and lead the Customer Service Team.
Your main responsibilities:
-Lead your team of around 15 team international team members
-Coach and support your team.
-Resolve escalated guest queries effectively;
-Identify, assess, and resolve performance issues with team members;
-Effectively manage conflicts and change with positive results;
-Analyze, plan, organize, control and troubleshoot work activities and processes.
