The main focus of this position is to service automated packaging lines which includes a complex data gathering system and integration into customer network.
Main activities
• Guide project management and customer team to provide automation related customized offers to customers;
• Work according with the project objectives, budget and timeline;
• Coordinate work with other automation engineers, consultants and suppliers;
• Prepare and perform test to insure correct function;
• Take the responsibility to compile and review technical documentation as part of project documentation;
• Prepare and implement upgrades on automation systems;
• Carry out remote support and service on Tetra Pak packaging equipment;
• Work with and fault find on low voltage systems;
• Work with and fault find on programmable control systems and data gathering systems;
• Participate in and support 24/7 Remote support team;
• To carry out customer visits in conjunction with technical issues, assisting the local account managers;
• Training of colleagues later on.
This position will be based in Arganda (Spain); however, on a task based situation, travelling to other countries can be required.
