Descripción
· Manage the daily routines of the accounting department, including:
o Administrations tasks
o Treasury
o Accounting (AR, AP, GL, AM)
o Credit and Collection
o Payroll and compliance with local authorities (tax declarations, other)
o Support of the business activity
o VAT and Tax compliance and declarations with local advisors
· Lead ongoing improvements (define processes value stream maps, identify improvement opportunities, connections between departments, best practice sharing, promote the culture of ongoing improvements).
· Lead Oracle set-up changes, upgrades and guide documentation.
· Creation and monitoring of a month end check list.
· Adhere to the month end financial close timelines ensuring reliable and compliant data.
· Financial analysis, reporting and projections (annual budget and rolling forecasts).
· Support the revision and roll out of company policies and provide technical accounting advice in adherence to IFRS.
· Audits (internal and external).
· Support adherence to ERP /support financial Oracle (as well as other potential financial systems, (e.g. Hyperion, Essbase) automation integrations.
· Manage, train, coach and develop other team members under his/her supervision.
