Requisitos: · Engineering degree. · C1/C2 English level (Common European Framework of Reference) · 10+ years of related experience, including production and supervisory experience. · Proven knowlwdge in: o Design of welded mechanical structures o Production processes of welded structures o Materials o Calculation and Simulation tool for welding and structures o Welding standards o NDT (desirable level 2 in ultrasonic tests). · Master in welding desirable · Good communication skills, including issue resolution, and conflict management. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. · Ability to write technical reports and communicate actions · Ability to work well independently or in a team environment. Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Must be able to adapt to organizational change. · Flexibility and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
