Reporting to the Head of Spain & Portugal, the Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operation in Ibiza & Mahon, ensuring the safe and efficient ground handling operations in accordance with Company policy and legislation. This will be achieved through managing a team of Jet2.com colleagues, third party suppliers and airport operators and working together to deliver first class customer service. This is a a Fixed Term Contract position.
In this exciting and challenging role through inspirational leadership, you will drive your Teams to ensure you deliver on Jet2.com standards for Safety, Customer Service, Cost Management, and Ancillary Revenues across all 3 stations. Managing the station budgets, you will also ensure that monthly targets are achieved or exceeded via cost efficiencies. In addition, as Regional Manager you will look after all aspects of people management including recruitment, training and development.
