Job Responsibilities 1.Responsible for overall battery pack development activities including BMS development, pack development, battery electrical and electronics components and cell modules. 2.Responsible for Design and Product validation for battery pack. 3.Responsible for setting up development strategy and product road map for future battery packs for all New Energy vehicles. 4.Responsible for skill development and training plan for pack development engineers. 5.Responsible for cost control and achieving target cost for pack development projects 6.Set-up resource plan including manpower and facilities planning for pack development and validation. 7.Support Pack manufacturing and setting up of manufacturing plant. 8.Provide technical lead in all area of battery pack development
