The Job
Under the supervision of the Spanish Head Accounts Managers, you will be the trading partner, service advisor and personalized manager of each client account via phone. The main tasks include:
• Implementation and monitoring of commercial actions plans agreed with customers to optimize their visibility and performance based on all the web solutions offered by our client.
• Advice on client’s positioning strategy, implementation of campaigns and customer loyalty-users (e-mailing, SMSing)
• Planning of promotions
• Selling and introducing B2B software tool to the clients
• Training clients on the right use of the software
